Lawrence Field Quarry - Moonlit photo by Mark Harvey

Mark Harvey’s moonlighting photos are too amazing to confine to a short post, so here’s an extended version of this morning’s Sunday at Bill’s Mother’s feature for our wonderful full subscribers.

Mark is hoping to find a venue to host an exhibition of his Moonlighting pictures. (Contact mark@id8photography.co.uk if you’re a public venue or cafe with a wall or two to spare).

The photos are shot for night-time detail, so Mark suggests you take your phone, tablet or computer somewhere dark to see them properly.

I’ve included the introduction from the early edition so the post makes sense for future readers, so scroll down, full subscribers, for your new extended version.

Every day, as far as I can work out, close to a billion sunset photos are uploaded to online galleries and social media feeds across the world. But up until now, it seems most of us are still ignorant to the dark subtleties of a world under moonlight.

For the rest of this feature, you’ll need to become a full subscriber for the pocket money fee of £4 a month (less if you go annual).

Full subscriptions are just £4 a month, and you get a month free if you go annual. Payment is via the secure Stripe system, with 2 factor authentication, and you can cancel at any time. But hopefully you won’t, as the more full members we get, the more interesting out there stuff we’ll have.
